Nyft is not publicly downloadable yet, but support is already open for account, privacy, and pre-release questions.
Best way to reach us
Confirm both devices are signed into the same Nyft account.
Allow Nyft to find nearby devices on your local network.
Open Nyft on both devices and keep them awake while testing a nearby transfer.
No. Transfer content moves directly between trusted nearby devices. Nyft's account backend stores the account and device metadata needed to connect those devices, not the files or clipboard content you send.
Nyft's transfer protocol does not impose a fixed file-size limit. Available storage, local-network conditions, operating-system limits, and device resources can still affect a transfer.
Nyft is being prepared for the iOS and macOS App Stores. Windows distribution details will be announced later. Android and Linux are planned for a future release.
The current transfer experience is designed for nearby devices that can establish a direct local connection. A queued transfer can wait for a device to become available.
Open Nyft's device list, choose the device you no longer use, and remove it. If a device is lost or unfamiliar, remove it promptly and protect access to your Apple or Google account.
Email support@nyft.app from the address connected to your Nyft account. We will verify account ownership and guide you through the request. An in-app deletion option will be added before the public App Store release.
Download links, release-specific troubleshooting, and store support steps will appear here once the apps are published.
